"You're going to be a dinosaur."

"Artificial Intelligence, deep learning, machine learning — whatever you’re doing if you don’t understand it — learn it. Because otherwise you’re going to be a dinosaur within three years."

Mark Cuban

Expert Instructor

Thomson Comer received his M.S. in C.S. from Colorado State University in 2009, much to his Ph.D. advisor Bruce Draper's chagrin. Thomson studied Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Evolutionary Algorithms, Human Computational Neuroscience, and Computer Vision during his (ABD) Ph.D. studies. His research was funded by the U.S. Government under the DARPA Project, Harvard University, and professor Stephen Kosslyn. Professionally, Thomson has built successful M.L. models at Mersive, Samsung, and Dell, and learned the essentials of pragmatic and agile software development through many other contracts.

Lambda School is pioneering a new model of higher education in which the school invests in the students, instead of the other way around. Attending Lambda School can be completely free up-front (no deposit, no down-payment), and students pay back a portion of their income after they find a high-paying job.

If, for some reason, a student is unable to find a job with a salary above $50k per year, they are not required to pay anything.
